Global information security and risk management company, NTT Com Security (formerly Integralis), announces today that Stephen Breen will be presenting at Black Hat USA, taking place from August 2-7 at Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. Mr. Breen’s briefing, “Mobile Device Mismanagement” at 2:15 PM PDT on August 6 in the South Seas AB room, will focus on the vulnerabilities in MDM solutions, some of which are systemic across a range of products. Mr. Breen’s briefing will share the results of a number of penetration tests conducted on NTT Com Security’s clients, which revealed critical security vulnerabilities in MDM solutions that allowed access to sensitive information.

Mr. Breen is an accomplished application developer, systems administrator, entrepreneur and academic. He is experienced with secure deployment practices, hardening configuration of servers and reviewing processes and code to protect and secure data. As a member of NTT Com Security’s ethical hacking team, Mr. Breen has identified vulnerabilities in Mozilla FireFox and other products such as Adobe ColdFusion.

Christopher Camejo, director of Assessment Services at NTT Com Security comments: “The abundance of mobile device management solutions deployed across enterprises has unknowingly increased security risks for corporations around the globe. As an active member of the security community, we are pleased to deliver timely and actionable security information to some of the best minds in the industry. Through this briefing, security experts will be able to better defend the enterprise.”
